The two materials

Poplar: solid Poplar board throughout. Stronger, holds screws and hinges better over time, and copes best with moisture.
MDF & Poplar: Poplar frames with MDF panels. A smooth, even painted finish at a lower cost. Less tolerant of water, so best kept away from wet areas.

Payment Terms

50% deposit on acceptance, to commence fabrication.
50% balance on delivery and completion of installation.
Payment by bank transfer or cash. Fabrication begins once the deposit is received.
